Tiffany in Scott Schoeneman's office is fantastic. I had a perplexing problem with insurance premium notices after moving to a new place and selling two old condos. She waded through lots of correspondence and solved the problem. She was so patient!

I moved all my policies to this agency 9 months ago. I told Scott he had some big shoes to fill after having been with my previous agent for 25 years. The treatment from everyone here has been wonderful. Scott, Logan, and Tiffany are courteous, timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. Recently, Tiffany went above and beyond her responsibility to clear up and handle bank requests that had nothing to do with State Farm. Wow. 100% recommend this agency.

I can't say enough about this agency! We have had a very difficult few months since my car accident in December. Not only did they process our claims very quickly, every single agent expressed concern for me since I had sustained some serious injuries. When my husband called, they assisted him when our only vehicle stranded him when he was on his way to see me at the hospital. It was a very stressful time for both of us, and the people at this agency were there for us when we needed them the most!
